Welp! we are a quarter through the years hopefully you guys are crushing all of your goals I know I am I up to 225 on my deadlift and squat. I also put up 190 on bench those are all personal bests. I hope by the end of April I can get my squat and deadlift up to 250 and my bench to 215. I’m aiming for 5 pounds a week. Now I present to you the best gym hits from the month of march ENJOY!
