My beast in training and I recently aquired a sledgehammer and a tire. It has quickly become my new piece of workout equipment the possibilities are endless with these two things.
We call our favorite workout dime and nickle. Dime and nickle is when we hit the tire with the sledge hammer ten times with full force, then we will flip the tire five times rotating sets until one of us is exhausted.
Their are tons of other workouts Incline or decline push ups, box jumps, incline or decline planks, steps ups, squats, tire carry, you can curl the sledge hammer, or over head press it. The Imagination is really the limit with a piece or equipment like this.
